Where to start? .... How to start?

Long time no seing, well, I' ve been working for the City of Rochester, NY, USA. Fun, but a shame that the project went under,......again. Intriguing?, well, maybe I'll explain in years to come. Sorry.
Moving on.

So, after some well deserved vacations, I'm diving head on into my real estate career. From what I studied a year ago, i remember little or nada. No worries, I'll catch up fast. First thing i have to do is to find a broker that will teach me the ropes.
These means that all the goodwill that i have to practice these fascinating career, will soon be corrupted by, well, the business.
So, who will I pick to polish my raw integrity: a major player in the market (Remax, Royal le Page, etc.) or a boutique Broker?

I'll start to go to interviews to see what they offer and comment on that. See u soon
